Growing Together in Christ

Mt. Calvary Baptist Church was founded in 1994 by folks with a desire to serve Jesus Christ and be a lighthouse for the men and women of the mountain top. I became pastor in 2023 and God has placed a deep love in my heart for the people that He has called me to serve. I would like to personally invite you to come and worship with us.

We are an Old-fashioned Bible believing and preaching church. We believe that Jesus Christ is alive, sitting on the righthand side of God the Father in heaven and that He can and will save all those who will come to Him in repentance and faith. We believe that God has instructed us to love one another as He loves the church. Our folks have been blessed with a wonderful love for one another that is rare today. We unapologetically preach and teach from the old King James Bible that has been preached to the English speaking people for over 4 centuries. That same Bible is the authority and guide for all that we do. We still sing the old hymns and our services are still conducted the way our forefathers did.
